Using Digital Media in Teaching and Learning

The use of digital media (images, video and audio) in curriculum resources can add a rich dimension to the learning experience.  JISC Digital Media provides a range of advice and guidance on developing, using and managing these media effectively.  The service also runs a series of training events.

 

A good starting point is an overview of resources relevant to teaching and research.

 

There are also a number of resources around using particular tools such as Flip cameras, SLRs and audio capture devices which include tips on effective techniques for media capture.
