Duckling Project

How DUCKLING technologies have addressed the challenges faced in curriculum delivery

This table has been generated from the DUCKLING research. It summarises how the three DUCKLING technologies (Podcasting, Second Life and E-book readers) have addressed curriculum design and delivery challenges faced by the Occupational Psychology and Education teams, the two disciplines involved in the project.

The output is aimed at academics across disciplines who are considering incorporating technologies to address similar challenges and enhance their curriculum design and delivery processes.

This output can be used in two ways:

  • As a snapshot of DUCKLING’s research results. How have the three DUCKLING technologies (Podcasting, Second Life and E-book readers) contributed to curriculum design and delivery in the two disciplines?

  • As a research-based template to assess the potential impact of these and other technologies on learning design and curriculum delivery.
