Engaging stakeholders

Attempting to implement significant changes to supporting teaching, learning and assessment through the use of different technologies requires 'buy-in' and committment from several different stakeholders within an instituion. This document highlights the different strategies adopted by the project team to engage with their stakeholders. It includes a 10 minute tool designed to help other institutions consider how these strategies may work in their own context.
