Making Assessment Count Consortium

Page history last edited by Marianne Sheppard 3 months, 1 week ago

The Making Assessment Count Consortium is an informal group that has a collective interest in benefitting from, and further developing and adapting, best practice in the use of technology to enhance the effectiveness and use of feedback.

Initially formed by representatives of 6 Universities (University of Bedfordshire, City University, University of Greenwich, University of Reading, University of Wales Institute Cardiff, and University of Westminster) the main goals of the consortium are to:

  • Realise the benefits of previously funded projects such as Making Assessment Count and ASSET
  • Gather outputs and examples of effective practice in the general area of feedback in assessment from the wider University and Further Education community
  • Serve as a ‘hub’ for discussions on lessons learned from work undertaken across the sector and on potential future developments

The consortium has worked to together to refine the Making Assessment Count Toolkit

Making Assessment Count - webinar recording (3.2.12).  Gunter Saunders and Peter Chatterton give an overview of the MAC process. (Opens in Blackboard Collaborate window).
