This note gives an overview of the case studies that were conducted across the project in year 2. The three case studies differ in a number of ways, and were used by the project to exlore different facets of the overall space of intervention:
- Differences in context
- forms of support - display/capture; delivery/playback; annotation/reflection.
- Describe how our interventions address these issues
- Research and evaluation objectives
- how technologies can help make conversations more productive, creative or of higher quality
- how technologies impact on intensity of engagement in design conversations
In all cases students are engaged in activities that involve independent study as well as classroom activities, including review or critique involving conversations with tutors and peers.
